Goldberg Leads Healthcare and Senior Housing Transactions at T7 Capital
As Senior Vice President with T7 Capital LLC, Sim Goldberg is responsible for debt, equity and sales, with a focus on the senior housing and healthcare sectors.
Notable deals include a $60-million restructuring and partnership buyout and a $112-million portfolio sale and debt process.
Goldberg also leads the company’s special projects/strategic partnership division and represents T7 Capital at industry events. He is involved with professional and local community projects and charities, dedicating time and resources to support others.
The New York Real Estate Journal has named him to its “Ones to Watch” list.
