Cushman&Wakefield’s Giannuzzi Handles Major Industrial Leasing and Sales
John Giannuzzi is a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Practice Group and represents corporations in their leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suit and investment sales.
Notable transactions include landlord representation for 102,000 square feet (Brookfield Properties) and 107,000 square feet (Rockefeller Group). He also represented sellers U.S. Lock Corporation in the disposition of 53,600 square feet and CA Plaza in the disposition of 69.8 acres.
Giannuzzi has mentored two younger brokers. His support helped those team members become Senior Associates within their first two years in the business.
In addition to his transactional duties, Giannuzzi assists Island Harvest, a local volunteer food bank, in securing donated space for its annual food drive.
He has been honored with the Rising Star Award from Cushman & Wakefield and the Long Island Commercial Brokers Society.
These are just a few reasons we chose John Giannuzzi as one of Connect CRE’s New York & Tri-State Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
