Brancato Leads Leasing and Asset Repositioning Across NYC Portfolio
As Assistant Vice President of Leasing, Giannina Brancato handles leasing and occupancy in L&L Holding’s five-million-square-foot portfolio of existing assets and ongoing development projects in New York City. She works on lease negotiations, develops marketing strategies for L&L’s properties and advises on repositioning efforts to maximize asset value.
She and her team brought 425 Park Avenue to full occupancy and secured a 116,028-square-foot lease with Capital One to expand at 114 Fifth Avenue, bringing the Flatiron building to fully leased.
In addition to leasing activities, Brancato helps increase tenant satisfaction by planning events and adding amenities, such as lounges and bike rooms.
She is a member of the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association of New York and is the chair of Next Generation Industry Leaders. Brancato is on the board of the Italian Language Foundation and volunteers with America Needs You and Rebuilding Together.
Brancato has been recognized as one of Commercial Observer’s Top Young Professionals and selected as a Women Executives in Real Estate Scholar.
These are just a few reasons we chose Giannina Brancato as one of Connect CRE’s New York & Tri-State Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
