Newmark’s Dorsett Handles Retail Investment Sales Across Arizona Markets
Chase Dorsett is a Director in Phoenix’s Newmark office. The Phoenix native specializes in investment sales of multi-tenant shopping centers and net-leased retail properties in Arizona. He is responsible for financial underwriting of retail investment properties, comprehensive asset marketing and detailed deal management.
Notable deals include the $21.9-million sale of the 101,000-square-foot Costco Plaza in Tempe, AZ, the $23.1-million sale of the 144,000-square-foot Crossroads Towne Center, and the $25-million sale of the new Gilbert Crossroads, all in Gilbert, AZ.
Dorsett is a member of ULI and ICSC and is on NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Steering Committee. He mentors entry-level junior brokers and college graduates interested in real estate.
Dorsett has been honored by NAIOP (Retail Broker of the Year and Developing Leader of the Year). Newmark also recognized him as a Rookie of the Year.
These are just a few reasons we chose Chase Dorsett as one of Connect CRE’s Phoenix & Southwest Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
