Saccente Handles Regional Marketing for Lincoln’s Desert West Portfolio
As the Lincoln Property Company’s Senior Marketing Director, Stephanie Saccente leads marketing initiatives for the company’s Desert West region, supporting industrial, office and multifamily developments across Arizona and Las Vegas. She handles campaign strategy, branding, content development, digital marketing, broker outreach and operational process improvement.
This includes, but is not limited to, the creation and execution of property marketing campaigns, including brochures, email campaigns, social media strategy, press releases, video direction and leasing collateral for some of the region’s most prominent industrial and office projects.
Saccente has played a leading role in the marketing and positioning of numerous high-profile Class A office, industrial and office-to-industrial conversion developments, including Luke Field, Park303, The Grand at Papago Park Center, UNION, Goodyear Airpark and Sky Harbor Logistics. She also contributed to strategic PR initiatives for projects that received major industry recognition, including Arizona RED and Best of NAIOP honors. Her most significant contribution was leading the marketing onboarding of the Gatski Commercial portfolio, following Lincoln’s acquisition.
Saccente is involved in the Phoenix community through the Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, where she serves as the auxiliary board’s vice chair. Beyond fundraising, she helps organizations strengthen their community impact through strategic communication and relationship-building.
These are just a few reasons we chose Stephanie Saccente as one of Connect CRE’s Phoenix & Southwest Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
