Colliers’ McInerney Handles High-Volume Office Brokerage Throughout Las Vegas Market

Megan McInerney is an Associate Vice President in the Office Division of Colliers Las Vegas, where she specializes in agency leasing, tenant representation, investment and owner/user sales, asset positioning, rebranding, and strategic advisory services. Since beginning her career in 2019, McInerney has contributed to 407 Las Vegas-area transactions totaling 5 million square feet and $1.1 billion.

Notable deals included the 213,000-square-foot City Center West and two 40,000-square-foot office buildings.

McInerney is committed to fostering a collaborative and welcoming office environment and to taking time to mentor newer brokers. She works with the company’s Culture Committee to organize team events and happy hours.

McInerney participates in programs including Colliers Acceleration and NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Institute. She has been NAIOP Southern Nevada’s Chair of the Community Service Committee and is on the SIOR Member Associate Steering Committee.

She is a founding member of Future of Real Estate (FORE) Las Vegas, volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and is involved with the Colliers Links for Life Committee.

She has been honored by Colliers (Las Vegas Rookie of the Year) and NAIOP (Developing Leader of the Year and Office Broker of the Year).
