Blair Delivers Strong Results Across AMC’s Portfolio
Damaris Blair is a Regional Property Manager with Apartment Management Consultants (AMC). She oversees 10 San Francisco apartment communities totaling 496 units. In late 2025, she took on four more properties totaling 1,200 units, more than tripling the number of units managed.
Each year in her various roles in apartment management with AMC, Blair consistently achieved NOI exceeding 5%. Today, she is one of AMC’s top-performing Regional Property Managers across 25 states, with SSS EGI growth of 8.29% and average NOI levels of 8.25%,
Blair also steps in to improve AMC’s property marketing when it has underperformed.
She joined AMC in 2016 as a Leasing Consultant, working her way up to her current position, which she was promoted to in early 2023.
