Tober with Lincoln Properties Builds Value Through Development and Asset Management
Christian Tober is Senior Vice President at Lincoln Property Company, where he leads acquisitions, development, and asset management efforts across the Orange County market. His responsibilities include value-add acquisitions, lease-up and repositioning strategies, entitlement coordination, site planning, and ongoing portfolio management, as well as evaluating development opportunities throughout Southern California.
Since joining Lincoln in 2018, he has sourced, underwritten and advanced more than $750 million in office, industrial, retail and redevelopment investments, while driving entitlement strategy, asset management, and business plan implementation across the portfolio.
He recently assisted with the recapitalization and refinancing of the 10-building creative office campus, FLIGHT at Tustin Legacy, in Orange County, which carried a $199 million valuation. He also played a role in the re-entitlement and redevelopment of the 7.3-acre 17300 Red Hill in Irvine, CA.
Tober mentors junior team members and analysts, particularly in underwriting and real estate strategy. He is active in the Orange County commercial real estate community through longstanding industry relationships. He also provides informal mentorship to individuals pursuing careers in real estate.
In the community, Tober participates in church ministries and community outreach efforts through Zion Church and supports charitable initiatives benefiting the Pregnancy Resource Center, among other local organizations and service efforts.
These are just a few reasons we chose Christian Tober as one of Connect CRE’s California Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
