Colliers’ Patricia Drives Industrial Investment Sales Across the West

As a member of Colliers’ West Industrial Capital Markets Team, Kenny Patricia represents institutional owners, private capital groups, high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and private equity funds in the disposition of industrial assets, including land. He is active in the Inland Empire and Los Angeles’ South Bay submarkets and recently expanded his coverage to include Las Vegas.

Patricia joined Colliers in 2021 as a Senior Associate, was promoted to Vice President in 2023, and to Senior Vice President in 2025. This summer, he will serve as a mentor in the Colliers Acceleration Program, mentoring a group of four junior brokers.

With his team, Patricia represented the buyer and seller of the 2.5-million-square-foot Central Valley Industrial Portfolio, the largest sale of the year in California’s Central Valley region. The team also handled the sale and arranged acquisition financing for the one-million-square-foot Las Vegas Logistics Center, a fully leased Class A industrial portfolio.

As of Q2 2026, his team has approximately 20 active deals on the market, with total consideration exceeding $1 billion.

With his team, Patricia has been recognized by NAIOP (SoCal Top Brokers), GlobeSt (Industrial Influencers) and Connect CRE (Top Brokers). He has also been recognized by CoStar as a Power Broker and won the publication’s Inland Empire Sale of the Year.
