Lincoln Property’s Stelling Supports Multiple Deals Throughout the West Coast
As a Director in Lincoln Property Company’s Los Angeles office, Drew Stelling is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and capitalizing real estate investment opportunities across the West Coast, with a primary focus on Greater Los Angeles. His work includes acquisitions and development across office, industrial, multifamily, data centers, life science, senior housing, student housing, and retail.
Since joining Lincoln in 2020, Stelling has underwritten more than 500 deals totaling over $75 billion.
He played a key role in the $300-million acquisition of The Bluffs in Playa Vista, navigating the foreclosure process, transfer of ownership, and a $12-million campus renovation completed on time and under budget. The property was named the Office Project of the Year by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
In addition to acquisitions, Stelling leads day-to-day execution of the business plan for three Los Angeles office assets totaling 1.1 million square feet. He also supports asset management, development and entitlement strategy across a 16-asset portfolio totaling 6 million square feet and 2,200 housing units.
Stelling mentors Lincoln’s analyst and associate teams, supporting underwriting efforts across the firm’s core California markets. A graduate of Southern Methodist University in Texas, he is involved with the university’s Real Estate Society and the SMU Cox Young Alumni Committee.
These are just a few reasons we chose Drew Stelling as one of Connect CRE’s California Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
