Quezada with Northmarq Helps Structure Financing Through Multiple Capital Channels
Bryce Quezada is Vice President of Debt + Equity in Northmarq’s San Diego office. With his team, he is responsible for working with clients on creative financing solutions utilizing Northmarq’s life insurance correspondents, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, CMBS, debt funds, banks, credit unions and other capital sources.
Quezada has closed over $700 million in transaction volume across property types and capital structures. Notable transactions include debt fund financing totaling $66.1 million for multifamily construction in San Diego and a $10-million CMBS refi for a self-storage property in California’s Central Coast.
Quezada is involved with Northmarq’s associate development program, supporting firmwide talent development efforts. He serves on Northmarq’s Analyst Council and is actively involved with the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks, Urban Land Institute, and the California Self-Storage Association. He is on the Associate Board for the San Diego State University Corky McMillin Center for Real Estate.
These are just a few reasons we chose Bryce Quezada as one of Connect CRE’s California Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
