CBRE’s Moock Plays Key Role in Major Southern California Capital Markets Deals
Melissa Moock is a Vice President in CBRE’s National and Office Partners Capital Markets groups. She advises institutional and occupier clients on the acquisition, disposition, and strategic monetization of commercial real estate assets across Southern California. She handles the deal cycle from end-to-end, including valuation, market analysis, transaction execution, client coordination, touring and negotiating complex deal structures
In the past four years, Moock has been involved in over $2 billion of transaction volume. In 2025, she was part of the team that closed on the $118-million, 11-acre Lot of Formosa in West Hollywood, representing the largest office/industrial real estate transaction in Los Angeles.
In addition to transaction work, Moock focuses on corporate initiatives involving talent development and leadership. She is a CBRE Project Designated Intern Mentor, coaching and guiding early-career talent from underrepresented backgrounds. She helps lead the Great Los Angeles CBRE Women’s Network and the community, and has served on the board of Santa Monica-based Vintage Church.
Moock is also involved with the NAIOP Young Professional Group, which honored her with the John B. Parker award and recognized her as one of 35 rising stars.
These are just a few reasons we chose Melissa Moock as one of Connect CRE’s California Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
