Cody Lerner is a principal with Avison Young. In 2025, he closed 22 transactions across 1.2 million square feet.
One notable highlight focused on Nuu Garden’s representation in securing a 89-month term lease for a 102,530-square-foot facility at 9168 Hermosa Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
Lerner also worked on behalf of Spirit Halloween Superstores, successfully executing an 88-month term lease for a 651,851-square-foot facility at 17820 Slover Avenue in Bloomington, CA. Additionally, Lerner negotiated a 205,000-square-foot, $1.2-million lease at 100 Walnut Avenue in Perris, CA, on behalf of ownership and handled the sale of 39809 Avenida Acacias in Murrieta, CA.
