The Northern California team of Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap, includes Stanford Jones, Philip Saglimbeni, Salvatore Saglimbeni, Alexander Tartaglia, and Robert LeDoux.
During 2025, the team handled nearly $2.04 billion in sales volume, selling 16 multifamily properties totaling 4,000 units throughout the Bay Area.
One notable highlight involved the $322.7-million sale of the 650-unit Ascent Apartments in San Jose. The deal was one of the largest single-family-to-multifamily transactions in the region in recent years.
