Marc Renard serves as Executive Vice Chair of Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Capital Markets Group in Los Angeles. Since joining the company, Renard and his team have closed over 550 transactions totaling more than $40 billion.

During 2025, the team closed 14 transactions totaling $989 million. Notable highlights included sales of the 369-unit Rise (Hollywood) for $159 million, the 401-unit Chase Knolls (Sherman Oaks) for $129 million, the 280-unit Fifty Five Fifth (Hollywood) for $98 million, and the mixed-use 717 Olympic (Downtown Los Angeles) for $69 million.

Renard serves on the Executive Committee of the University of Southern California’s Lusk Center for Real Estate, the Policy Advisory Board of the Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics at UC Berkeley, the advisory council of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), and the leadership council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is a member of the Milken Institute.
