The Doherty Industrial Group is comprised of Dan Doherty and Paul Sweetland (Vice Chairs), Jerry Doty (Executive Vice President) and Morgan Elson (Associate). In 2024, the team handled 4.162 million square feet at a transaction value of $179.3 million.

Highlights included the $78.8-million sale of a 339,214-square-foot industrial portfolio from TA Realty to Ares and the team’s representation of Codale Electric Supply in securing a 152,370-square-foot lease for a total consideration of $26.97 million.
