Elizabeth Dominguez Yaeger is a partner with Jones Day. She represents private equity firms, lenders, real estate funds, and data infrastructure owners/operators in domestic and international real estate and digital infrastructure transactions involving real estate asset acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, financings, data center leases, colocation agreements and telecommunication master service agreements.
In her career, Yaeger counseled a global data center developer/operator in leases and master service agreements for hundreds of megawatts of power in data centers throughout the United States. She also represented a developer with refinancing a construction loan used to develop a complex in Manhattan consisting of three separate condominium regimes. The project contained over 1,200 residential units, ancillary parking facilities and a large retail eatery.
Yaeger is a member of the District of Columbia and Illinois State Bars and Habitat for Humanity of Washington, DC’s Young Professionals. She has been recognized by Washinton DC Super Lawyers.
