Anne Rosenau is a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield, where she handles data center transactions, one of the first in the real estate industry to do so. She helped form the company’s Data Center Practice Group in 1999.
She is also very experienced in deal negotiations and working as a leasing broker. She is currently focusing on representing tenants in office leasing transactions, specializing in assisting government contractors and telecom and tech companies. She is also part of Cushman & Wakefield’s National Tenant Advisory Group.
Rosenau was a driving force behind the 220,000-square-foot lease signed with T-Mobile at 2340 Dulles Corner Blvd. in Herndon, VA. She and her colleague Mark Rosenberg of Cushman & Wakefield’s New Jersey office represented T-Mobile in the transaction. She also helped close a 110,000-square-foot lease on behalf of a global telecommunications company.
Within Cushman & Wakefield, Rosenau is a Women’s Integrated Network (WIN) member and a member of the company’s Data Center Executive Committee. She has sat on the judging panel for the Northern Virginia Technology Council Data Center awards.
Rosenau received Cushman & Wakefield’s Americas Achievement award and was named a top performer in the D.C. Metro region. She was selected as one of Bisnow’s Women Leading Real Estate Award winners in the Deal-Maker of The Year category, named to GlobeSt’s 2024 class of Women of Influence, and recognized as an award winner in the Broker – Tenant Representation category.
