As Executive Vice President of Business Development at RCKRBX, Kris Broder leads the company’s business development strategies in the platform’s established and prospective markets. As RCKRBX recently launched in Dallas-Fort Worth and prepares to expand into new states in the coming months, Broder is sourcing and engaging networks of customers, partners and stakeholders to ensure each market launch is primed for long-lasting success.

In the volunteer arena, she is a hands-on advisor for The Friendship Circle of Maryland and has served on the Leadership Howard County Big Event Board.

Broder actively engages within her professional network and industry-wide organizations to ensure women are supported in their careers and have the guidance and resources to continue thriving in the industry.
