Katrina Martin is a Managing Director at Wells Fargo in the Commercial Real Estate Lending arm. Her duties include overseeing the origination of commercial real estate loans, underwriting, and management. She also continually works on building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing a portfolio of real estate loans, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and leading a team of lending professionals.

Martin is an exceptional mentor, generously offering her time, energy and insights. She actively mentors women within Wells Fargo, supports Goldie Scholars through The Goldie Initiative, and provides guidance to others at networking events. The Goldie Initiative honored her with the inaugural Networker of the Year Award.

She is an alumna of the Goldie Scholars program and recently earned an Executive MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. In addition to her work with The Goldie Initiative, Martin attends networking events, speaks on panels, and volunteers to mentor and support other women in commercial real estate.
