Colleen Collins
Sourced and led over $3.7 billion in NNN leased assets
Only senior woman on team that closed $14 billion take-private of STORE Capital
As managing director with Blue Owl Real Estate, Colleen Collins leads the sourcing and structuring of the firm’s sale-leaseback transactions. She also sits on the acquisitions team, which is responsible for sourcing net lease transactions for Blue Owl, and on the company’s Real Estate Investment Committee. Additionally, Collins spearheads the ESG efforts for Blue Owl Real Estate.
Throughout her tenure with the company, Collins has sourced and led over $3.7 billion in single-tenant triple-net leased assets, including several marquee transactions. She was the only senior woman on the leadership team that closed a $14 billion take-private of STORE Capital, one of the largest take-private transactions in the history of net lease real estate.
Collins is an active member of Blue Owl’s women’s network, where she mentors several women and helps lead and manage the group’s events. She is also a board member of The Share Foundation and sits on several committees for fundraising events, including Children at the Crossroads, Emerald Ball and Evans Scholarship.
These are just a few reasons Collen Collins is among the Chicago & Midwest Connect CRE 2024 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
