Kelly Greco

Kelly Greco is a shareholder in Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli’s Real Estate Department and a resident in the firm’s Chicago office. Greco advises developers, owners, investors, landlords, tenants, borrowers, and lenders on legal matters concerning retail developments, retail leasing, multifamily assets, student housing, industrial assets and cannabis transactions (including retail dispensary leases). She also advises clients on structuring transactions and joint venture agreements.

Over the last 12 months, Greco has completed over $870 million of national real estate transactions. These included representing Clear Height Properties (and joint venture partner) in the $100 million acquisition of two land sites and 31 assets in the Chicago industrial market. She also facilitated over 65 real estate transactions for a private commercial real estate investment and development company in Detroit.

Greco is active with CREW-Chicago, where she serves on the board. She is an active member of the Real Estate Finance Forum. She has been on the hiring committee for Polsinelli’s summer associate program and has served as a mentor for several summer associates.

She has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers; Greco was also named to Law Bulletin Media’s 40 under Forty and Chicago Crain’s Rising Stars. She earned her J.D. from the Southern Illinois University School of Law.
