As a partner with Seyfarth, Kevin Woolf helps clients with the purchase, sale or lease of real property, personal property, technology and services. As a transactional generalist, he collaborates with clients to design, refine, and execute high-volume projects. He also has a Lean Six Sigma consulting practice.
Notable case assignments include assisting a major fast-casual restaurant company in acquisition and ground lease agreements across the country and counseling developers and industry leaders in procuring, entitlement, and developing mixed-use and data center projects across the country.
Woolf has been recognized by several industry groups, receiving the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Value Champion Award and the National Law Journal’s Trailblazer Award. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Civic and charitable endeavors include the former Chicago office chair for the Community Services Committee, former board of trustees with Oglethorpe University and school board member and former secretary with St. Francis Xavier School in Wilmette, IL.
Woolf earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law.
