Marvin Cine

Marvin Cine joined The RMR Group as an Assistant General Counsel in May 2020. Despite onboarding challenges in a remote office environment, Cine quickly emerged as an integral team member, earning him a promotion to Vice President, Legal in October 2021. He currently oversees a high-performing team of five individuals.

Cine typically reviews more than 60 contracts each week – from brokerage and indemnity agreements to property management contracts. Over the last two years, one notable project involved contract negotiations with a major retail tenant for nearly 2 million square feet in the Honolulu area.

He has been involved with the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association and Board of Ambassadors of the Brooke Charter Schools. He has also volunteered with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Boston for over a decade and previously supported the Resilience Advocacy Project. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Project Place.

He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School. Cine completed the 2022 Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Boston Future Leaders and The Partnership Inc.’s 2022 Next Generation Executive Programs.
