Responsible for raising 35% of equity for $100 million multifamily portfolio

Partnered with Seth Wolfman to launch New Urban Residential for property management

Tyler Goldman, Principal, Head of Investment Management with Wolf Multifamily Investments (WMI), graduated from Tulane with a Finance degree in 2015. He was hired as an analyst at Stonehenge Partners, then worked at a development firm while attending NYU to obtain his master’s degree in real estate finance, graduating Magna Cum Laude. In 2019 Tyler joined forces with Seth Wolfman to acquire multifamily assets for WMI.

After several successful investment projects, Goldman noted that growth was sluggish because of a lack of alignment between their fee managers and WMI. Goldman and Wolfman created an internal property management firm, New Urban Residential (NUR), to manage the properties.

In his time with WMI, Goldman was responsible for raising more than 35% of the equity for the company’s $100 million portfolio and built the entirety of WMI’s investor relations infrastructure. He also developed significant relationships with CRE leaders and created and manages the WMI asset division. He is committed to developing both WMI and NUR to being leaders in their spaces.

These are just a few reasons we chose Tyler Goldman as one of Connect CRE New York & Tri-State’s 2023 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
