Joining Colliers about six and a half years ago, Miles Rodnan is the Research Manager of the DC/Maryland/Northern Virginia markets. He is an invaluable asset to the organization and to the brokers who have come to rely on his market expertise and thought leadership skills.

Covering a geographically widespread region, Rodnan’s research efforts in partnership with his team encompasses nearly one billion square feet of commercial real estate across a wide range of product sectors – office, industrial, flex, lab, healthcare, retail and more.

Over the last several years, Rodnan has witnessed the growth of the DC/MD/NoVA office, which has led to an increased demand for expanded research offerings. Rodnan has met these requests with a positive attitude and creative approach, embracing the opportunity to become a true partner to the brokerage teams in support of pursuits and deepening of client relationships. He also provides content and commentary to the over 35 research reports released throughout the year as well as serving ideas to the media on interesting trend stories.

In an effort to generate and share market intelligence and information, Rodnan instituted regularly scheduled in-person “scoop” meetings with each asset type specialists to encourage coordinated market conversations. These meetings continue to grow in attendance and generate engaging conversation out of which also comes the uncovering of market opportunities.
