As an Associate with Marcus & Millichap, John Faus assists in leading an elite industrial investment sales brokerage team across the Mid-Atlantic region. Faus consistently leverages the firm’s in-house capital partners to aid his clients in getting the best price and terms for financing. This has built stronger relationships with his clients, while strengthening is reputation as a broker by increasing transparency between the parties involved. These actions have helped him close more transactions, while leading to significant income from referral fees and stronger relationships within his client base.

Faus closed over 20 deals within his first two years in the business, but his leadership does not end at sales. He continues to assist in new-agent training across the division, while partaking in in-office role-play and mentoring as well. prioritizes mentorship and leadership among young brokers new to the commercial real estate industry. He is also an active member and leader within the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group.

Faus was named Marcus & Millichap’s Rookie of the Year and received the company’s Sales Recognition Award. He was also recognized by the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal as a 30 Under 30 professional to watch in 2022.
