The team’s significant deals included the lease-up and sale of The Reserve at San Tan 5, a two-building, 150,000-square-foot office property in Gilbert, AZ. The asset sold for $53.1 million. The team also provided landlord representation with the $19.1-million, 44,985-square-foot Western Alliance Bank lease at Park at San Tan in Chandler, AZ.
