Melissa Riccardi with Colliers Completes 100+ TJX Retail Transactions
Melissa Riccardi is vice president of Retail Services at Colliers, specializing in retail tenant representation and leasing throughout Florida. Her clients include national retailers and restaurants such as Marshalls, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Homesense, Sierra, Sephora, Pearle Vision, Velvet Taco and Barcelona Wine Bar.
Riccardi has helped TJX Companies expand its TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Homesense and Sierra brands throughout Central Florida, completing more than 100 transactions on behalf of the retailer.
She is a member of the Kovacs Retail Team, which completed 92 transactions totaling $123.7 million and nearly 1.3 million square feet in 2025.
She is active with ICSC and mentors emerging professionals. Outside of commercial real estate, she competes in and organizes bowling tournaments and supports youth bowlers and charitable causes.
Riccardi has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker and a GlobeSt Leading Influencer in Retail winner.
