Eva Garza with CBRE Brings 25 Years of Experience to Workplace Strategy
At CBRE, Eva Garza advises clients on workplace strategy, portfolio planning, operational efficiency and organizational change. She has 25 years of experience spanning architecture, master planning, workplace consulting and real estate advisory services.
Her assignments range from sprint programming for second-generation subleases to headquarters strategies exceeding 300,000 square feet. She helps executive teams connect real estate decisions with broader business objectives, including workplace performance, cost management and talent strategies.
Garza has also helped clients navigate hybrid work, organizational change and other major shifts in workplace strategy. She contributed to CBRE’s 2024-25 Global Workplace & Occupancy Insights report and received CBRE’s Americas Top Performer recognition and a CoStar Office Deal Award for South Florida.
Beyond client work, Garza supports business development and coaches consulting professionals across CBRE. She is co-lead of CBRE’s HOLA Miami Chapter and contributes to workplace consulting methodologies and thought leadership. She frequently speaks to CoreNet, CREW and IFMA audiences and has lectured in Florida International University’s architecture program.
Garza holds AICP and LEED AP credentials and is Prosci certified.
These are just a few reasons Eva Garza is among the Florida & Gulf Coast Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
