Engel & Völkers’ Kelly Montgomery-Kepler Built a 30-Agent Brokerage in Pinellas County
Kelly Montgomery-Kepler is a broker and license partner/owner of Engel & Völkers Belleair. She oversees a 30-agent brokerage while handling commercial real estate transactions. She has been an owner and licensed partner of the Belleair office since 2008 and has led the firm’s commercial division in Pinellas County since 2011.
Her transaction history includes an $8.5-million marina sale and a $24.75-million land transaction that ultimately became a $250-million ultra-luxury branded condominium development.
Montgomery-Kepler recruits and develops agents, conducts regular compliance and brokerage-standard training, mentors newer advisors and sets the office’s strategic direction. Under her leadership, Engel & Völkers Belleair has been named a Tampa Bay Times Top Workplace for multiple consecutive years, including a No. 1 ranking in the small-business category.
Her community involvement includes organizing the brokerage’s annual fundraising event for Special Olympics, beach cleanups and movement events, as well as sponsoring events benefiting the ARC Tampa Bay, Children’s Home Society, Morton Plant Mease Health Care Foundation and Salvation Army. She is a former Finance Committee member for St. Jerome Catholic Church and a former committee member for Carlouel Yacht Club.
These are just a few reasons Kelly Montgomery-Kepler is among the Florida & Gulf Coast Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
