Bilzin Sumberg’s Hannah Lidicker Finances More Than $1 Billion in Residential Projects
Hannah Lidicker is an associate at Bilzin Sumberg, where she represents developers, sponsors, lenders and institutional real estate clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, financings and leasing.
Her recent South Florida work includes co-leading the $323.8-million construction financing for Four Seasons Residences Coconut Grove and the $239-million construction loan for Vita at Grove Isle. Lidicker has also represented Toll Brothers in financing more than $1 billion in condominium and multifamily projects nationwide since 2020.
She has developed specialized expertise in C-PACE financing. For Pendry Hotel & Residences Tampa, she represented the developer in a $230 million construction loan paired with $290 million in C-PACE financing.
She received Bilzin Sumberg’s Challenge Coin Award and the firm’s 2025 Matters of the Heart Pro Bono Award for work on the Children’s Village building project at Lotus House. She serves on the board of The Women’s Fund Miami-Dade, mentors first-year law students through the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity and is active with ULI’s Young Leaders Group.
