JLL’s Ana Rivera Represents 1 Million SF of South Florida Industrial Space
Ana Rivera is managing director at JLL in Miami, where she handles industrial leasing and sales throughout South Florida. She primarily represents landlords and advises institutional and private owners on leasing strategy, portfolio positioning and growth in one of the country’s most competitive industrial markets.
Rivera oversees approximately one million square feet of warehouse space for a leading industrial and logistics company across Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Her work includes expansions, relocations, acquisitions, dispositions and new-to-market distribution facilities.
Rivera helped a regional delivery company expand from approximately 50,000 square feet to more than 141,000 square feet. She advised a national commercial vehicle company on the sale of a two-acre property for more than the asking price and the acquisition of a replacement site in Medley. She helped a meal-kit company establish an early South Florida distribution center.
She participates in JLL’s summer internship program, which provides interns with hands-on exposure to industrial brokerage and client relationships. Additional community involvement includes being a founding board member of National Voices for Equality, Education and Enlightenment and involvement with CREW Miami.
Rivera has been named a CoStar Power Broker multiple times.
These are just a few reasons Ana Rivera is among the Florida & Gulf Coast Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
