The Berkadia DC Metro Institutional Sales Team specializes in the marketing, underwriting, and execution of multifamily investment sales throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, including Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and the broader Mid-Atlantic region.

The team includes Brian Crivella, Bill Gribbin, Yalda Gharmarian, Bobby Meehling, Paul Hanafin, Louis Jacobe, Drew White, Carter Wood and Cole Carns. In 2025, the group handled 43 deals that totaled $2.45 billion.

Notable highlights include the $186-million sale of WestEnd25, a 283-unit, LEED Gold–certified trophy multifamily community overlooking Rock Creek Park in Washington, D.C.’s West End neighborhood. The team also handled the $73-million sale of 1901 South Charles, two LEED-Gold certified apartment buildings located across the street from each other in Baltimore. It includes The Lofts (193 units) and The Flats (152 units).

Additionally, the team spearheaded the $103-million sale of the 335-unit Collective West Creek (Richmond, VA) and the $90.7-million disposition of the 295-unit Livano Norfolk (Norfolk, VA).
