McLane Fisher is a Vice Chair at Cushman & Wakefield, where he executes corporate tenant representation transactions nationally, oversees the marketing of industrial property, and sources development opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic for institutional owners and industrial build-to-suit transactions for corporate occupier clients. In 2025, he handled 109 transactions totaling 11.1 million square feet.
Notable deals include Lifetime Brands’ 1-million-square-foot lease at 12685 Greencastle Pike (Hagerstown, MD), Penguin Random House’s 1-million-square-foot lease at 630 Hanover Pike (Hampstead, MD), and Ryder’s takedown of 630,000 square feet at 16910 National Pike (Hagerstown).
