Ian Richman with Colliers completed 46 transactions totaling 1 million square feet in 2025.
His notable deals included representing Ares Management in a 157,000-square-foot lease at 2000 Bishops Gate (Mount Laurel, NJ), working with Cabot Properties on a 71,056-square-foot lease at a newly constructed facility (Burlington, NJ), and representing Camber Real Estate in its 102,000-square-foot KorCenter acquisition from Faropoint.
Richman also worked with DRA Advisors to secure 14 leases for its 1.5 million-square-foot Twinbridge Industrial Campus in Pennsauken, NJ.
