CBRE’s Northern Virginia Data Center team includes Rob Faktorow, Jamie Jelinek, Stuart Dyer, Josh Greenberg and Anna Faktorow. Together, these experts represent hyperscale, AI, cloud and enterprise users alongside the industry’s most active developers and institutional owners.
Collectively, the team has completed more than 1,250 MW of leases, sold over 5,000 acres of land and driven $2+ billion in land transactions and $25+ billion in institutional building sales.
Notable highlights in 2025 include working with Fluidstack on its HPC lease in Western New York (supporting a phased delivery of hundreds of megawatts of compute capacity), representing Penzance in securing a hyperscale tenant for a 45 MW build‑to‑suit data center in Chantilly, VA and advising Nscale in its 40 MW, 10-year colocation lease at WhiteFiber’s NC‑1 AI data center campus in Madison, NC (valued at $865 million).
