Tim Relyea, Cushman & Wakefield Executive Vice Chairman, began his career in 1978. Since that time, he has completed transactions on 60 million square feet valued at more than $47 billion. In 2025, Relyea closed 35 nationwide transactions totaling over 2 million square feet, valued at over $388 million.
He led tenant representation services for an energy company’s New Orleans location, marking the first new Class A office development in nearly 40 years. In Downtown Houston, Relyea successfully negotiated significant blend-and-extend lease deals for two energy firms, encompassing approximately 400,000 square feet in the CBD. Additionally, he led the acquisition of the 1.1-million-square-foot property at 1600 Smith, securing the facility to support multiple functions for a major user.
