Led by Anthony Squillante, Avison Young’s Houston tenant representation team consists of Josh Morrow, Drew Coupe, Dustin Devine, Collin Roach, Jack Wagner, Dawson Smith, Clayton Duewel, Taylor Anderson, and Andrew Stelling. Combined, the team has over 70 years of experience representing office and industrial clients nationally.
In 2025, the team closed on 75 leasing and sales transactions, brokering nearly 3.3 million square feet in office and industrial space, including nearly 2 million square feet in leasing deals. Highlights include spearheading DBR Engineering Consultants’ corporate headquarters relocation and securing a long-term, 47,150-square-foot lease at 200 Westlake Park Boulevard in Houston. DBR is the first tenant to sign a lease at Four Westlake following Pacific Life’s substantial renovations to the building.
