Cushman & Wakefield Vice Chair Ryan Hoopes provides tenant advisory services to Fortune 1000 corporate occupiers and professional services firms, and to build-to-suit and development projects across the office, healthcare, and industrial asset classes. In 2025, he closed 113 deals totaling over 2 million square feet, with a transaction volume of $387 million.
One notable deal involved representing Globe Life in its acquisition of the 200,000-square-foot Class AA office building at 7677 Henneman Way (McKinney, TX) from SouthState Bank. The buyer also leased 30,000 square feet at the building and acquired two parcels totaling 9.3 acres to support future growth from SouthState.
Additionally, with the new base in place, Globe Life has announced plans to sell its former HQ, a prime site in the heart of McKinney.
With the relocation, Globe Life retains over 2,000 jobs in McKinney and plans to continue growing its workforce over time to support its growing policyholder base.
