In one deal, Gannon led a 509,000-square-foot relocation and expansion for a national third-party logistics provider, delivering a DFW-based mission-critical facility. He also executed a 55,000-square-foot headquarters relocation for Team Golf USA and facilitated Infinity Pharmacy Solutions’ acquisition of a 19,000-square-foot building to secure long-term control and asset value.
