Silvers With The Beck Group Contributes to Landmark Healthcare and Campus Developments
Dana Silvers is a Project Architect with The Beck Group. She leads the development and coordination of complex projects across healthcare, commercial office and institutional sectors. Her responsibilities include project documentation, consultant coordination, technical problem solving, construction administration and mentoring younger staff members.
During her early career in Dallas, Silvers worked with Crow Holdings on the nationally recognized Old Parkland Campus, contributing to high-profile projects including Freedom Place and the Campanile expansion.
She is currently working on the replacement facility for John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, a healthcare project exceeding one million square feet.
For more than five years, Silvers has helped lead The Beck Group’s Emerging Professional Development Series, a grassroots initiative focused on developing soft skills, leadership confidence, and cross-office relationships among younger staff members. What began as a small internal effort evolved into a national initiative spanning multiple offices across the company.
Silvers is actively involved in several professional and community-focused organizations throughout the Charlotte region and beyond. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Clemson Architecture Foundation and the Genoa Villa Committee.
She is also involved with CREW Charlotte, where she serves as Co-Chair of the Student Outreach Committee. Silvers volunteers in the community through initiatives including Keep Fort Mill Beautiful cleanup events, Classroom Central backpack preparation events, and occasional volunteer opportunities with Ronald McDonald House Charities.
These are just a few reasons we chose Dana Silvers as one of Connect CRE’s Atlanta & Southeast Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
