Colliers’ Young Brings Strategic Vision to the Triangle’s Industrial Market

Company:

Colliers

Andrew Young is an Executive Vice President and Principal with Colliers’ Raleigh Industrial Services team, one of the youngest in the company in those positions. He focuses on industrial leasing, investment sales and capital markets advisory services.

He represents owners, developers, investors, and occupiers throughout the Triangle and broader North Carolina market. In addition to transactional responsibilities, Young also leads business development efforts for his team, supports regional capital markets initiatives, and serves as a trusted advisor to clients navigating site selection, acquisitions, dispositions, and long-term real estate strategy.

Young’s notable transactions include the 103,200-square-foot headquarters lease for Guardian Logistics and representation of Bluerock in its $28.3 million acquisition of a 326,000-square-foot industrial facility leased to John Deere.

Young represents Colliers by participating in industry panels and speaking engagements. In the community, he has volunteered with the Salvation Army Toy Shop. He maintains strong ties to Appalachian State University, where he acts as an advisor to the Real Estate Club and participates in panels to mentor students interested in commercial real estate careers.

These are just a few reasons we chose Andrew Young as one of Connect CRE’s Atlanta & Southeast Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
