Lockhart with Berkadia Helps Shape the Future of Hospitality Capital Markets
LaQuint Lockhart is the Senior Director of Operations for Berkadia’s Hotels & Hospitality team, where he oversees many aspects of the business, driving strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, elevate client service and accelerate transaction timelines.
Lockhart plays a critical role in scaling the platform’s impact and advancing its reputation as a trusted advisor in the hospitality industry. In 2025, he helped the team close $4 billion across 75 transactions.
He partners with Berkadia’s Employee Engagement and Talent Acquisition teams to support mentoring initiatives, recruiting efforts and speaking engagements for college students interested in CRE. He has collaborated with Project Destined, Howard University, and The Ferguson CLE Foundation, working with students who aspire to industry leadership. Lockhart has served as a mentor for Penn State’s business college for the past eight years.
Lockhart was recognized as a Connect CRE Top Broker in 2026. He was also recognized with a Rising Star award during his previous tenure at CBRE.
