Seyfarth’s Hunt Supports CRE Sophisticated Financing Deals
Katherine Hunt is an associate in Seyfarth’s Real Estate Finance practice, where she represents institutional lenders, credit funds, banks, insurance companies, asset management firms and loan servicers in a range of commercial real estate financing transactions.
She assists clients with structuring and negotiating loan documents, conducting due diligence, and managing closings, ensuring efficient execution of sophisticated transactions.
Hunt recently represented the Peachtree Group in its $42 million acquisition and repositioning loan for the Atlanta Financial Center, a prominent office complex in Atlanta’s Buckhead district.
She mentors summer associates and junior real estate attorneys, guiding transaction management, drafting and navigating client expectations.
Outside of Seyfarth, Hunt is involved in the Mortgage Bankers Association and the CRE Finance Council. On the community front, she volunteers with The Sandwich Project Atlanta, the Atlanta Mission and Project Open Hand.
Hunt often returns to her alma mater, the Georgia State University College of Law, where she mentors and coaches students.
