The Northmarq Mid-Atlantic Investment Sales Team is spread across three offices in Washington, DC, Baltimore and Richmond, VA. The group is comprised of eight individuals: These include Chris Doerr, Will Harvey, Ari Azarbarzin, Shack Stanwick, Anthony Pino and Matt Straughan.
In 2024, the team closed 16 multifamily transactions totaling $492.5 million in sales volume. The team is responsible for originating and executing investment sales and capital transactions in the Mid-Atlantic, with a focus on conventional multifamily, mixed-use, BTR, affordable and manufactured housing.
