MaKenzie Commercial’s Matthew Curran and Andrew Meeder closed 163 industrial transactions, totaling $248 million in sales and leases totaling over 1 million square feet.

The two worked as a team but also completed some transactions individually. The assets were primarily located in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor, with many sold to single-tenant users. The average sales price was $2 million—5 million, with the largest involving the sale of a 121,000-square-foot industrial building in Howard County for $18.5 million. The team’s top lease was a 74,000-square-foot space in Columbia, MD.
