CBRE’s Northern Virginia Data Center team, which consists of Rob Faktorow, Josh Greenberg and Anna Faktorow, is the largest and most active data center brokerage team in the United States.
In 2024, the team closed 10 sales deals totaling over $1.8 billion in transaction value. The team worked with notable data center investors, including HMC/StratCap, TA Realty, Powerhouse, Oppidan, and Menlo Equities. Among their significant achievements, the team closed the largest fee simple transaction in the U.S. at $712 million, achieving the highest dollar per MW asset sale in the country.
