Handled McDermott Will & Emery’s 150,000-square-foot lease in DC
In 2024, CBRE’s Lou Christopher and Jordan Brainard closed 49 lease transactions totaling over 1.1 million square feet.
One notable transaction involved McDermott Will & Emery’s 150,000-square-foot lease at 725 12th St. NW, which anchored and enabled the first post-COVID ground-up development in Washington, DC. The team also negotiated a 186,000-square-foot lease for Westat Corporation at 7501 Wisconsin and spearheaded the largest private-sector lease in the Rosslyn-Ballston corridor (Arlington, VA) by negotiating the 76,000-square-foot renewal of AES’ global headquarters.
