Team navigated the volatile interest rate environment throughout 2024

Transactions included sales of the Luna Bella apartments and Outlook West Mesa

The Walker & Dunlop Denver Investment Sales Team, consisting of Matt Barnett, David Potarf, Dan Woodward and Jake Young, completed several key real estate transactions in 2024. The team closed on 22 multifamily properties at a deal volume of $1.9 billion.

The major deals involved the 232-unit former Cortland Lone Tree apartment community (Lone Tree, CO), the 240-unit Luna Bella Apartments (Lafayette, CO), the 312-unit Outlook West Mesa (Colorado Springs) and the 240-unit Citadel at Castle Pines (Castle Pines, CO).

These are some of the reasons we selected the Walker & Dunlop Denver Investment Sales Team as one of Connect CRE’s National Top Broker Award winners for 2025. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards and transaction volumes in investment sales and leasing.
